Senior Salesforce ATM Developer
📍 Remote (India) | 🕒 Contract — 6 to 12 months (initial) | 💼 10+ Years Experience

About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Salesforce ATM Developer for a year-long support engagement on a production Salesforce ATM environment for a Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical client. This platform sits at the centre of the client’s customer operations and is integrated with SAP, mobile, and patient portal channels, with reporting through a Power BI-style analytics layer.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead L2/L3 incident resolution on a live, production CRM platform
  • Drive CRM-side updates in response to integration and channel changes
  • Coordinate closely with SAP, mobile, and patient portal vendor teams
  • Maintain runbooks and integration specs to keep documentation audit-ready
  • Ensure full-time system availability for a platform supporting therapy delivery — patient registration, hospital onboarding, order management, status tracking, product transfer, carrier, and proof of delivery (POD)

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally in production support
  • Strong command of Apex, Lightning, and REST APIs
  • Hands-on experience with SAP integration and middleware (SAP CPI, SAP S/4HANA)
  • Experience with GxP testing or regulated-industry environments
  • Salesforce certification required; SAP certification preferred

Work Details

  • Contract length: 6–12 months, with strong extension potential
  • Work mode: Remote from India, supporting a US West Coast team
  • Working hours: Approx. IST 3:00–4:00 PM to 11:00 PM–12:00 AM
  • Compensation: Competitive, as per industry standards
