Job Description

We are looking for a talented Product Lead (UI/UX) to lead the end-to-end user experience design for our AI-powered platform. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, scalable, and high-quality digital experiences that serve foreigners living in South Korea.

As a Product Lead, you will work closely with the CTO, engineers, and product stakeholders to transform complex service workflows into seamless user journeys. You will be involved in designing onboarding flows, payment experiences, mobility integrations, and identity verification systems.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in UX research, interaction design, wireframing, and design systems, along with a deep understanding of user-centered product development. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the design of a high-impact international platform from an early stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design complete user journeys from onboarding to transaction flows.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable product design system.
  • Ensure consistent design experience across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
  • Conduct UX research and usability testing to improve user experience.
  • Optimize conversion funnels and product usability.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement designs effectively.
  • Translate product requirements into user-friendly interface solutions.
  • Maintain design documentation and support product iterations.

Technical Skills Required

  • Strong experience with UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems.
  • Knowledge of cross-platform design standards (Web, iOS, Android).
  • Familiarity with UX research methods and usability testing.
  • Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and product teams.
