Full-time We are looking for a highly experienced Infrastructure Architect / SME with 12–15 years of expertise in networking, security, Linux administration, and private data center setups. This role requires a strong leader who can guide teams on system hardening, network isolation, automation practices, and deployment processes. The SME/Architect will be responsible for reviewing infrastructure designs, recommending improvements, ensuring best practices, and defending technical decisions in client discussions.
As a trusted expert, you will play a key role in mentoring teams, driving automation with Ansible, enforcing security compliance, and shaping robust infrastructure solutions that meet enterprise standards.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Act as a Subject Matter Expert guiding teams on system hardening
✅ Provide expertise in network isolation and infrastructure best practices
✅ Assess the overall infra setup and recommend improvements
✅ Represent and defend the technical setup during client discussions
✅ Mentor teams to implement and follow best practices consistently
🔹 Skills & Experience Required:
🔹 12–15 years of experience as an Infrastructure Architect / SME in private data centers
🔹 Strong knowledge of Networking, Security, Linux administration
🔹 Solid understanding of DevOps, Ansible & Automation practices
🔹 Proven experience in infrastructure design & application deployment
🔹 Ability to review, recommend, and enforce infra best practices
