Client Management and Bookins History
Client Management: We can assign multiple client-side users as client (buyer) representatives to manage the client’s bookings, Client can book inspection orders with various vendors. In particular client may add individual third-party inspection company co-ordinator to manage clients separately.
Bookings History: Booking edit and cancel options are here and Every booking order generates a unique reference number based on the client name and booking date to remember easily in the future.
Inspection Scheduling
Schedule & Acknowledge: After every new booking, the client coordinator schedules the inspection date and coordinator for inspection. Some inspections need multiple reports approval from the client. if the coordinators need to submit multiple reports documents they will assign multiple reports id.
Report Upload
Once Inspection is done coordinator prepare inspection report and upload prepared report with status. There is also option to upload CAPA file template for Vendors.
Order Tracking
Order tracking feature to monitor every oreders status. There is option to vendor for upload capa files. once client will check the status of thid party inspection company inspection result and vendor’s capa file they will need to choose final decision (Approve, Re-inspection,Reject and Delete).
User Roles
This application has four default roles (Super Admin, Client, Vendor and coordinator ) and User role feature can create many more new roles and restrict their access
